Refund Policy

Every purchase made on freedomkitchen.site is covered by a 7-day guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. This policy explains how to request a refund.

1. Who can request a refund

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are requested only by e-mail to support@freedomkitchen.site. To be reviewed, your e-mail must include all of the information below. Requests with missing information cannot be processed, and we will ask you to send them again.

1. Subject line: "Refund Request" followed by your full name.
2. Full name exactly as entered at checkout.
3. E-mail address used for the purchase, if different from the one you are writing from.
4. Date of purchase.
5. Amount charged and the currency shown on your statement.
6. Last 4 digits of the card used for payment (never send the full number).
7. Country where you live.
8. Name of the product(s) you want refunded.
9. Reason for the request, explained in detail (minimum of 3 sentences).
10. Which recipes or guides you tried, and what did not meet your expectations.
11. A screenshot of the purchase confirmation e-mail or of the charge on your bank statement.
12. Confirmation that you will stop using the material and delete any copies you downloaded.

3. Review and processing time

We reply to every complete request within 72 hours. Once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. It may take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. After the refund, access to the products is removed.

4. Before opening a dispute with your bank

If you do not recognize a charge or have any problem with your order, please contact us first at support@freedomkitchen.site. We solve most issues within 72 hours, much faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback while a refund request is under review may delay the process.
