These Terms of Use govern your access to the website freedomkitchen.site and your purchase and use of the Freedom Kitchen digital products (the "Products"). Freedom Kitchen is operated by Jefferson Santos ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. The Products

Freedom Kitchen offers digital recipe content: a cookbook with sugar-free, gluten-free and dairy-free recipes, bonus guides and any optional additional content you choose to add during checkout. All Products are 100% digital. Nothing physical will be shipped.

2. Delivery and access

After your payment is approved, access is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us at support@freedomkitchen.site. You are responsible for entering a correct e-mail address.

3. Payments

Prices are shown on the sales page in US dollars and are one-time payments, with no subscription and no recurring charges. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control.

4. License and permitted use

When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• share, resell, redistribute, publish or give away the Products or your access link;
• copy, translate or adapt the content to create competing products;
• use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend access if we detect sharing or misuse of a Product.

5. Health and nutrition disclaimer

The Products are cooking and recipe resources for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and do not replace guidance from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, food allergy or intolerance.

You are responsible for checking every ingredient and product label for allergens and suitability for your needs. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

Your purchase is covered by a 7-day guarantee. The conditions and the steps to request a refund are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the Products, including text, recipes, images, layouts and the names "Freedom Kitchen" and "The 3-Free Method", is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the Products, including any reaction to ingredients or foods. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.
